Empowering young people, parents, and frontline staff through safeguarding, gangs awareness & harm prevention beyond the home
At YouThrive C.I.C, we believe that early intervention is the cornerstone of building strong, resilient communities. Our mission is to empower, educate, and support communities so they can thrive in nurturing environments. We offer a range of workshops designed to meet the needs of diverse audiences—including young people, parents and carers, as well as professionals—ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to wellbeing and development.
Our story began in 2012, when our founder first started working in the field of safeguarding, youth engagement, and community development. Over the years, this work has supported thousands of individuals to build confidence, improve skills, and achieve their goals.
In 2025, that wealth of experience and passion for creating positive change led to the launch of YouThrive C.I.C. Although the organisation itself is new, it is built on more than a decade of proven knowledge, dedication, and impact in the community.
Our instructors are experts in their fields, with years of experience teaching and facilitating workshops. They have worked across different parts of London and the wider UK, supporting service users in a variety of settings including probation, social care, schools, youth offending teams, and pupil referral units (PRUs). Passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping participants reach their full potential, our instructors bring both expertise and understanding to every session. With their guidance, you can take your skills to the next level.
At YouThrive C.I.C, we deliver workshops that empower individuals to make informed decisions, with a focus on safeguarding and preventing harm beyond the home.
Our sessions are designed for children, young people, parents, carers, school staff, social workers, youth workers, and any frontline professionals working with children and young people.
We offer tailored workshops to meet the needs of schools and other organisations, with opportunities for mentoring and practical support.
If you have any questions or comments regarding our workshop for schools on safeguarding awareness, or if you want to discuss topics like extrafamilial harm and mentoring, please send us a message. We at Youthrive C.I.C will get back to you soon. Thank you!
